This space was created to offer comfort and reflection — but healing can sometimes ask for more. If you find yourself needing support beyond these pages, you’re not alone. Below are a few places to turn if you need someone to talk to, or you’re ready to take the next step towards support.  Many of these are free and confidential — hours vary by service

Your Workplace May Have Support Too

Many workplaces have EAP  — Employee Assistance Programs — and they are genuinely underused.  It’s free and confidential.  For my first responders, most hospitals and emergency services offer this service to their employees.  Check with your HR department, employee handbook, or company website for contact information.
